The build does not end with a handover. It ends with a login.
Every Leapfrog client gets a portal: what you run, what is being built, whether it is up, what it cost, and a direct line to the person who wrote the code. Access is set up once the first conversation turns into a plan. Below is a specimen you can operate.
Every room, one login
Nothing here is a screenshot. It is the portal's rooms, drawn in the site's own materials with one specimen company inside them, and every control works. Pick a room.
Good morning, Your company.
Tuesday, week 5Shipped this week
- MonJob costing now feeds the timesheets. Nobody re-keys hours.
- WedField capture works with no reception and syncs when it returns.
- FriBackup restore-tested: 4 min 12 s to a clean copy.
What you run, and where it lives.
What is built, in flight, confirmed, or still being talked about.

1 open of 5Can the job sheet show the site contact's mobile, not just the office number?
Yes. It is on the sheet from the next block, Thursday. Office number stays as the fallback.
What each room is for
Each one answers a question clients used to have to ask by email. Choose a row and the specimen above opens on it.
Home
Your projects, how far along each is against the hours you accepted, and what shipped this week. No financials here: a status page should be readable at a glance by anyone on your team.
Your stack
A register of every platform you run: what Leapfrog built, what you kept, where each one lives, and what it was built with. It is the map from the ownership page, kept current by the people who change it.
Build map
Built, in flight, confirmed, in deliberation. It is drawn from the same records the proposals and stages come from, so it cannot drift from what has actually been agreed.
Health
Uptime, response time, certificate and domain expiry, DNS sanity, a monthly page-quality score and last night's backup. Cheap, real checks on the things that fail quietly.
Finance
Proposals and invoices in one place, quoted hours against delivered hours by stage, the subscriptions running on your accounts and when they renew, and the hours the platform has handed back.
LeapSign
Leapfrog's own e-signing. Proposals and variations arrive here to sign, and you can run your own documents through it too: your branding, your sending domain, no per-envelope fee.
Ask Leapfrog
A request thread with the engineer, not a ticket queue. Each request opens a task on Leapfrog's side the moment you send it, and every reply is emailed to you so nothing waits on you noticing.
Signatures are included.
LeapSign is Leapfrog's own e-signing system, built in-house and running for real proposals since August 2026. A signer opens an emailed link, proves it is them with a one-time code, signs, and everyone receives a sealed PDF with a certificate page, tamper-evident hashes and a public verification code. When the document is a proposal, accepting it converts the deal without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
Clients get the whole system, not a viewer: your own documents, fields and recipients, your branding, your sending domain, and a one-click export of every signed PDF with its audit trail. There is no per-envelope fee, and for most small businesses it is a subscription they no longer need.
Logins are invited, not signed up for
A portal that shows what you own is worth protecting the same way. There is no public sign-up, no shared password and no support queue to talk your way past.
Invited by name
Each person on your side is invited from their record, with a single-use link that expires in seven days. Leapfrog is the helpdesk, so a lost password is a phone call, not a reset form.
Walled by company
Every query the portal runs is scoped to your company before it reaches the database, and every record is checked again on the way out. Belt and braces, tested on every build.
Cut in one click
Access ends on that person's next request, not when a token happens to expire. Someone leaves your business at nine; they are out of the portal at nine.
Included, from the first week
The portal is part of every engagement, and it opens before there is much to show in it. The rooms fill as the build does: the stack map first, the build map as stages are confirmed, health once something is live, finance once the first proposal is accepted.
If the engagement ends
The portal is the window, and what it shows is the asset. Everything in it is registered to you and stays live: the accounts, the code, the data. Signed documents and their audit trails export as one bundle before the login is closed. The ownership page covers the rest.
See yours with your own company in it.
The specimen above has a made-up company in it. The first conversation puts yours there: what you run today, what is worth building, and what the first stage would cost, in writing, before anything starts.
